Project Management
- Pre Work Task: Declutter, move/remove obstacles, storage
- Assemblage of Bid/Proposals for Competitive Contractor
- Management of Bid/RFP’s (Request for Proposals) from Architects, Engineers, General Contractors
- Integration of Contractors with Design Teams
- Management of FF&E (owner Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment)
- Assistance with Execution between Vendors, GC’s and Designers
- Construction Progress Meetings and Updates
